New features
Ask Quippy across your portfolio
Quippy can now answer questions using documents from every building you are authorised to access. You can ask across your portfolio or focus the conversation on a particular building.
Document citations now open the original stored file in Quipex preview, making it easier to review the source behind an answer.
Stay ahead of building maintenance
A new monthly email digest brings together overdue maintenance items across your buildings. Items are grouped by building and include useful details, due dates and links back to Quipex.
When a maintenance item is assigned to an organisation, relevant users in that organisation also receive an email with the building, item details and a direct link.
Improvements
Clearer building setup and activity
Building setup surfaces now provide clearer guidance on valuable next steps, including uploading important documents, inviting collaborators and preparing maintenance information.
The building overview also surfaces recent activity, helping you review the latest building events, statuses and timestamps in one place.
- Browser tabs use clearer page titles that reflect the current area of Quipex.
Bug fixes
- People who were previously invited to an organisation and later removed can now create a Quipex account using the same email address.
- Building overview now shows the detected lot count instead of reporting it as unknown.
