This release introduces building publishing and billing, secure document sharing and several improvements to everyday building management.
New features
Publish buildings with clearer pricing
Draft buildings can now be published through a secure checkout experience.
Pricing uses the relevant building information, residential lots or non-residential floor area, and presents monthly and annual billing choices clearly. Authorised users can also access organisation billing from organisation settings.
Share building documents
You can now securely share a non-private document from a published building by email. Recipients receive the appropriate building access and open the document through Quipex rather than through a public file link.

Select multiple documents to update their classification or delete them in one action.
Improvements
Find buildings more quickly
The Find building menu now shows up to five recently opened buildings during the current Quipex session.
Better document previews and performance
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files use a more reliable preview, and building document lists load more efficiently.
Clearer building information and health
- Select multiple additional NCC building classes using descriptive names.
- Missing, loading and failed map states provide clearer feedback.
- Building Health uses the full ESM safety-measure description as the primary item title.
- When an ESM evidence document cannot be deleted, Quipex provides a clearer explanation instead of a generic failure message.
Bug fixes
- Pricing remains consistent while a checkout is active and refreshes when an abandoned checkout is restarted.
- Buildings update after payment completes without requiring a manual refresh.
- Building addresses retain street types such as Street, Road and Lane.
- Editing other building details no longer clears an existing floor area.
- Residential lot information is handled more accurately.
