New features

Export complete building document sets

Authorised users can now export all accessible documents for a building as a ZIP organised using the building document taxonomy.

Quipex prepares the export in the background, shows its progress and lets you continue working. When the archive is ready, the completion email opens the correct building Documents page so the download can be retrieved securely.

Review document intelligence in preview

Document previews now surface useful read-only intelligence, including summaries, important dates, people, organisations, assets, review items and source evidence.

Help is closer

The signed-in sidebar now includes:

  • What's new, for reading the latest Quipex product updates without leaving the current page.
  • Contact us, for starting an email to Quipex support from your default email application.

Processing and unavailable states are clearer, preview panels recover when the available information changes, and document enrichment is more resilient to temporary processing delays.

Clearer Building Health evidence

Building Health evidence now shows the organisation assigned to the relevant maintenance item, making it clearer who is responsible for completing the work.

  • The building publishing price dialog now has a clear and accessible close action.
