This release helps you organise complete building document packs, browse imported folder structures, preview DWG drawings and understand document import limits more clearly.
New features
Build and reuse complete building document packs
Authorised users can now create building-specific packs with ordered sections and requirements, then assign an existing document or upload a new one. Each pack shows its current progress as Not started, In progress or Complete.
Packs for published buildings can be shared securely by email. You can also export the assigned documents as a protected ZIP or download the current progress as a CSV.
Editors can duplicate an existing pack from its overview or detail page. The new pack keeps the source description, section order, requirements and expected document types, but starts without assigned documents.
Browse documents in their imported folder structure
In Building Documents, you can now switch between Quipex view and Custom view from the Folders menu. Custom view keeps the nested folder structure imported from Microsoft or Dropbox, including an Unfiled collection for documents without a folder.
Switching views changes how you browse the same documents without changing their Quipex classification or imported folder.
Preview DWG drawings in Quipex
DWG documents now open as generated PDF previews in the existing Quipex viewer. You can follow preview progress, zoom into drawing detail, download the original DWG separately and report an incorrect preview.
Bug fixes
- Document imports that exceed a building's allowance now show a clear failure message instead of silently dropping the update.
