This release adds a clear history for document processing, expands automatic classification to more file formats and keeps imported customer folders focused on the content you selected.
New features
Review document processing history
Quipex now keeps a processing receipt for each batch of documents uploaded directly or imported from Microsoft or Dropbox. Open Processing history to review recent completed batches and see which files were accepted, rejected or identified as duplicates.
Rejected items show the submitted filename when available, helping you identify and correct the source before trying again.
Improvements
Classify Word and Excel documents automatically
Quipex can now automatically classify uploaded or imported Microsoft Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) documents instead of skipping them because of their file format.
Bug fixes
- Customer folders imported from Microsoft or Dropbox now start at the folder you selected, without including provider folders above it.
