New features

Explore building drawings in Spatial Explorer

Spatial Explorer brings a building's drawings into one focused workspace. Move between levels and drawings, open a selected drawing directly, review drawing coverage by level and inspect available document intelligence.

When no drawings are available in Spatial Explorer, authorised users can upload or import them to get started.

Receive document-processing summaries by email

When a document-processing batch finishes, current building owners receive a compact email summary showing files added, already on file, unable to process and skipped. Each email links securely to the full processing receipt in Quipex.

Resend pending organisation invitations

Authorised users can resend an eligible pending invitation from Manage Users. Quipex confirms the action and keeps the membership list up to date after the request completes.

Improvements

Get more context from Quippy

Quippy can now use document summaries, classifications and important dates as additional context when preparing an answer. The documents selected for a response and your existing access permissions remain unchanged.

Understand document storage and processing more clearly

Document storage usage and effective limits are now visible for both draft and published buildings. Draft banners keep progress and publishing controls readable at narrower widths.

  • Document imports now explain whether a source file, ZIP archive, file within a ZIP or extracted contents exceed the applicable size limit.
  • Eligible PDF and image documents below 50 MB can now proceed through automatic classification and enrichment.
  • Building documents refresh more efficiently during imports, keeping existing documents and folders visible through transient failures.

Bug fixes

  • Quippy sources without a valid document preview now appear unavailable instead of opening a failed preview. Valid source previews continue to open normally.
  • Document batches that exhaust processing retries now finish with an explicit failed outcome instead of remaining pending indefinitely.
  • Published and draft buildings consistently receive the document-storage allowance for their current status.
  • Removed organisation users now appear as Removed rather than Inactive.
  • Navigation, layouts and controls now adapt more reliably across phones and tablets.
