This release adds a central view of document activity, expands document classification and makes it easier to restore access for removed organisation users.
New features
Track document work in Activity
Open Activity from the utility dock to follow document imports, processing and exports during your current session. Each item keeps its building context and shows useful progress, outcomes and available actions.
Completed building and document-pack exports keep their download action with the relevant activity, while an attention indicator helps you find new updates.
Improvements
Classify general service reports
You can now classify multi-service maintenance and inspection documents as Service Report within Inspections, Reports & Surveys under Building Operations & Facilities. Existing specialised service types remain available when a more specific classification applies.
Re-invite removed organisation users
Organisation owners and administrators can re-invite a removed user from Manage Users, choose a new organisation role and send a fresh invitation without creating a duplicate account.
Previous building access is not restored automatically, so access can be assigned deliberately after the user returns.
Bug fixes
- Document-processing receipts no longer report a failed batch when every accepted document was intentionally skipped for manual classification. The affected documents continue to show that manual classification is required.
