This release adds reusable document pack templates while making common organisation, address, drawing-sharing and upload workflows easier.
New features
Reuse document pack templates across buildings
Authorised organisation users can now create and manage reusable document pack templates. Define the sections, requirements and document classifications once, then use the template as the starting point for new building packs.
Creating a pack from a template copies its structure so you can continue assigning building documents straight away. Later changes to the template do not alter packs that have already been created.
Improvements
Reach organisation tools from the main navigation
Users with the required permissions can open organisation Users, Settings, Billing and Pack templates directly from the main navigation, without switching to a separate organisation menu.
Add unit numbers to manual building addresses
When manually adding a building, you can now include an optional unit number while keeping it separate from the street number.
Share drawings from Spatial Explorer
Share the drawing you are viewing through the existing email flow without leaving Spatial Explorer. Draft buildings continue to show publishing guidance, and the action appears only when you have permission to share documents.
Bug fixes
- If a manual document upload is interrupted, Quipex now keeps your selected files available and shows clear connection guidance so you can try again.
