Get to the building you need, faster

Start with recent buildings and portfolio shortcuts on App Home, or search and preview with Find Building. Building overview brings together details, recent activity and building-specific Quippy suggestions.

Give access for as long as it's needed

Authorised users can invite an organisation with ongoing access or a 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day limit. See what you're granting before sending, and track ongoing, timed and expired access in Access Control.

Share a file without opening up the building

Document sharing now sends a file link without granting building access by default. If the recipient needs building access too, opt in and choose an ongoing or timed period for new view-only access. Check the file and recipient organisation before sending.

See the recognised recipient's organisation before sending a building invitation or starting an ownership transfer.

Find building details where you need them

Preview the current building from the sidebar, see building type in My buildings, and copy its address or get directions from Building overview.

Bug fixes

  • If a share email is queued but the share cannot be fully recorded, Quipex warns you instead of suggesting a resend that could duplicate the email.
